We are coming to the end of the 40 hadith class. In this session we will be studying the penultimate hadith from this collection.

Brothers and sisters are both welcome to attend.

(Please note that our class will begin at 18:45 and end at the time of the isha prayer).

Hadith #41

Abdullah bin Amr ibn al-As narrates that the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alaihi wa sallam said:

“None of you [truly] believes until his desires are subservient to that which I have brought.”

The format of our class will be to formally study the hadith for around 30 minutes, basing the study on classical works of Islamic scholarship, and then follow it up by another 20 minutes of open discussion amongst the attendees.

Location details: The class takes place on the second floor of the masjid in the attic room next to the women’s prayer hall.

Enter the main hall and take the stairs on the right of the hall up. Then at the first floor take an immediate left and walk behind the curtain and up the stairs behind the food counter. Our room is through the doorway and then to the left
