Swiss Muslim Events are delighted to invite you to an evening lecture in Luzern by Sh. Waleed Abdulhakeem.

This event is open to brothers and sisters and entry is free.

The Speaker

Sheikh Waleed Abdulhakeem, known as “The Travelling Sheikh”, has journeyed to more than 50+ countries spreading the message of Islam & Personal Development Training, from the villages of China, to the arctic North of Canada, to the mountains of Europe, to the jungles of South America, he can draw the world map from memory!

He is the founder and director of Islamic Studies at Ilm Path Academy Online and a professor at AlMaghrib institute. In addition, he was an instructor at AlKauthar Institute, a member of the Canadian Council of Imams, was previously an Imam in several Masjids in the USA.

He has been featured on local & international satellite tv channels in Europe, North America, and the Middle East, such as Iqra, Al-Huda, Bridges, CanTV, & others. His message focuses on spreading authentic Islamic education combined with practical life skills and personal development order for Muslims to excel in both worlds.

Sheikh Waleed is currently studying a Masters & PhD in Islamic Studies from Al-Madinah International University, with specialization in the Fiqh of Hadeeth.

How to get to the venue

By Car: Around the venue there are spaces for around 20 cars.

By Bus: The closest train station is Ebikon, Schachenweid which is a 5 minute walk from the masjid. It is served by Bus 22 and Bus 23

By Train: The closest train station is Ebikon from which the venue is a 15-20 min. walk away. But this can be considerably shortened by taking bus 22 or 23 from outside the train station.
