 „TAG DER OFFENEN TÃœR – IN DER PARADIES MOSCHEE IN ST. GALLEN

Eingeladen sind alle Interessenten aus St. Gallen und Umgebung. Während diesem Besuch zeigen wir Ihnen die Räumlichkeiten der Moschee.

Sie haben die Möglichkeit von unserem Imam und Präsentator,
Herrn Mag. Fehim Dragusha, eine interessante Lektion über den Islam zu hören.
Diese Präsentation findet von 11.50 Uhr bis 12.30 Uhr statt und wird in der deutschen und englischen Sprache durchgeführt und nochmals nachmittags von 15:00 Uhr bis 16:00 Uhr. Gerne blicken wir mit Ihnen in das vergangene Jahr zurück. Was haben wir realisiert? Welches sind die Ziele für das kommende Jahr und die Jahre danach?
Wir werden Ihnen das mittels einer Power Point Präsentation, Fotos und Videos versuchen zu veranschaulichen.

Das Ziel dieser Veranstaltung: Gerne werden wir unseren Gästen, Bücher und diverse Broschüren verteilen, welche Informationen über den Islam erteilen. Durch den Einblick in die Moschee sowie den Inhalt der Bücher/Broschüren möchten wir Ihnen näher bringen, dass der Islam eine Religion des Friedens und der Toleranz ist. Des Weiteren werden Sie dadurch erkennen, welche positiven Seiten der Islam mit sich bringt.
Die internationale Paradies Moschee ist sieben Tage die Wochen während den Gebetszeiten für Sie geöffnet.

Zum Abschluss haben wir ein Buffet organisiert welches Mahlzeiten aus verschiedensten Kulturen anbietet – natürlich abgerundet mit köstlichen Desserts.
Auch hiermit möchten wir Ihnen zeigen, dass wir ein multikulturelles Gebetshaus sind und gerne alle willkommen heissen.

About IQRA Paradies Mosque Switzerland

IQRA Paradies Mosque Switzerland is attended by Muslims from various nationalities. We are united in our goal of continuously acquiring knowledge for our Deen and also in finding a mosque where we are Muslims first and then being Swiss, Singaporeans, Malaysians, and South African etc. Our quest leads us to Paradies Mosque St Gallen.

Paradies Mosque is an international Sunni mosque, led by Imam Fehim Dragusha, seizing an opportunity to connect all Muslims regardless of maz’habs, race, colour and nationalities.
Paradies Mosque understands that life in Switzerland as a practicing Muslim has its many challenges in contemporary religious issues and the mosque try to instill Islamic values to our future generations – to be moderate in life and to be humble with our Creator ALLAH sbwt the Almighty is key.

About the Imam

Imam Fehim Dragusha Efendi is married with three children and has Kosovarian roots, starting his Islamic eductaion at the Madrasah Alauddin High School (Prishtinë). He then moved to Brunei and completed his degrees at the Universiti of Brunei Darussalam in 2006.
He served as Imam in various masjids and since 2010 he is the Imam of the Paradies Moschee in St. Gallen.

How to get there

By Car: Use your Navigation, simply input the address and drive. Park in any of the blue zone areas. If you are lucky, park next to the Restaurant Burghof. Bright orange Building.

By Train: Drop off at St Gallen Bahnhof, take the bus 7 direction Abtwil and alight at Sporthalle. Cross the road using the pedestrian crossing. Cross again and walk straight till you find a house number 11 on Paradiesstrasse. Turn left and you will see Restaurant Burghof. Bright orange Building.
Alternatively, you can take a 15mins walk straight from train station in the opposite direction of the train coming from Zürich, over the bridge and cross the road. The bright orange Building can be seen from far.

On another note, we are appealing to those who are driving – it would indeed be a great favour if you can offer rides to other sisters & brothers if you have empty seats, especially if you are passing by Zürich Hauptbahnhof (main train station) or even Zürich Airport.
