This weekend we’ll be hiking not too far from Zürich: across the Zugerberg.

The Zugerberg is a mountain that offers splendid views of Central Switzerland’s Alpine peaks: Rigi, Pilatus and others. The walk is easy lasting around 4 hours, and depending on the weather we may take a boat from Goldau to Zug on the way back.

08:50 – Meet under the Blue Angel at Zürich HB
09:10 – 09:31 pl. 4 train to Zug
09:39 – 09:50: Bus B11 to Schönegg
09:56 – 10:04 – Funicular to Zugerberg

What to bring

• Suitable footwear & clothing
• Lunch, drinks and snacks
• Sun hat or shades
• A smile!
